The Base Rate Plan is the primary rate available for reservations through the hotel’s website and partner distribution channels. It reflects the standard nightly price for a specific room type and date, without promotional discounts applied.

Standard nightly rate for each room type.
Flexible booking conditions, unless specific restrictions are defined.
Reference price used to calculate all other rate plans (e.g., Early Booking, Non-Refundable, Last Minute).
Dynamic pricing, which may change depending on:
seasonality
hotel occupancy
market demand
special events or holidays
3. Booking Conditions
Reservations can be made directly through the hotel’s website or booking system.
The price is per room per night.
Breakfast may be included or excluded, depending on the hotel’s configuration.
Taxes and tourist fees may be included in the rate or added separately, depending on local regulations and hotel policy.
4. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is allowed up to a specified period before the check-in date (e.g., 24–48 hours).
